A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
I can’t believe this is my first full reading of the Dickens Christmas classic! While I don’t think this book is truly reviewable, I will review my thoughts on it. A Christmas Carol is the perfect way to dive into the season. The tale of the curmudeony old Ebenezer Scrooge, the poor warm-hearted Cratchit family and the the Ghosts of Christmases Past, Present and Future is timeless but doesn’t fail to make the reader smile. What this book did for me is demonstrate what the Christmas season can do for a person and remind us that we have the power to possess these goodtidings year round. A staple for years to come!
